Aroma:

Clean and refreshing citrus scent and flavor – stimulating and refreshing. Smells exactly like freshly cut limes.

How To Use:

 

Diffuse, directly inhale or dilute with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex to apply topically.

 

Lime oil can cause photosensitivity. As a precaution do not use on skin that will be exposed to the sun.

 

Lime Vitality Can be added to food and drinks for added citrus flavor.

Interesting Facts:

  • Limes were used in the English Royal Navy to combat Scurvy – thus the English sailors gained the nickname, “Limeys”. 
  • Christopher Columbus took citrus seeds, probably including limes, to the West Indies on his second voyage in 1493, and the trees soon became widely distributed in the West Indies, Mexico and Florida.
  • Limes are a hybrid citrus fruit.
  • The English word “lime” was derived, via Spanish then French, from the Arabic word līma.
  • Limes are rich in vitamin C, vitaminB6, vitamin A, vitamin E, folate, niacin thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic aced, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus and protein.

Motivation Roller Ball Recipe

  • 5 drops Orange essential oil
  • 5 drops Frankincense essential oil
  • 5 drops Lime essential oil
  • 5 drops Black Pepper essential oil

Fill the rest up with carrier oil and use on wrists.
