Happy Dance Roller Ball Recipe

  • 6 drop Nothern Lights Black Spruce essential oil
  • 8 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 5 drops Stress Away essential oil

Fill the rest up with carrier oil and use on wrists.

Anthro Blend Diffuser Blend Recipe

  • 3 drops Citrus Fresh essential oil
  • 2 drops Geranium essential oil
  • 2 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oil
