These easy cheese crisps are the perfect crunch to add to a low carb lifestyle!
KETO Friendly
Preheat the oven to 390*F
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Measure out in 2 tablespoon portions in each whoopie pie pan round. If using a standard muffin pan, measure out in 1 tablespoon portions.
Press ingredients firmly into the pan making sure each crisp is even in thickness.
Bake for 16-18 minutes. (If using a silicone mold, place on cookie sheet for easy transport).
Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
Serve as is or break into pieces as you prefer.
Store in an airtight container.
